I stayed in a superior king or twin city or sea view. the breakfast buffet was extensive. I found many options. the room had blackout curtains and i slept soundly. i liked the large windows overlooking the city. I could see for miles.
the hallways sometimes had cooking odors though it was not always.

i stayed for four nights. i found fresh towels every day thanks to housekeeping (dayanand was amazing). toilet amenities were complete and room cleanliness was good. i appreciated the late checkout too.
the hallways could use some air freshener as they occasionally had an odd smell.

the room was equipped with comfortable beds and a modern bathroom. i had daily housekeeping services, so i found the room to be consistently clean and well kept throughout my stay. i had everything i needed.

the staff was quick to fulfill requests. i found the housekeeping team to be particularly efficient and attentive (they made sure i had fresh towels and toiletries). the reception staff also accommodated a late checkout request.

The gym was very nice! it had plenty of equipment i needed for my workouts. the employees were also very nice and helpful. there were lots of different restaurants in the building. This made meal times really easy.
The room was small, i wanted a bigger one! i requested a sea view, but i got a side sea view instead. i requested a room change, but i did not get a reply back. This was annoying.

The check in took excessive time. the room i received was not what i expected. It lacked a bathtub. i requested a room change, and it never happened. a sea view room was requested, but i was assigned a side sea view instead.
